- Your video is not required to be on during the session
- Your microphone should be muted on your end
- Even though it's best to be relaxed during the session, you can work, sleep, or eat while attending a session
- Please drink plenty of water. Hydration is essential for effectiveness.
- Earbuds or headphones can also be used, but are not necessary
- If there is a conversation during the session and you don't want to participate or listen to the conversation, please take your device out of speaker mode and lower the volume.

If you would like to do 2 or more blastoffs in one day, you must register and pay for EACH individual blast.
