The hair analysis requires that you mail in a sample of your hair. Once the sample is in the mail, you can make an appointment for the following week (please give a minimum of 5 business days for the sample to arrive).

how do i take a sample of my hair?

• You will need a sealable envelope and a pair of tweezers
• Using the tweezers, pluck a couple hairs (2-3) from the nape of the neck.
• Make sure the tweezers pull from the root so that you get the bulb attacked to the hairs. (Please do not send cut hair, send only plucked hair with the bulb attached)
• Place the hairs in the envelope and seal it. Please mail within 10 days of the hair being plucked. ​Write your complete name on the envelope and your address. Please make sure the information is legible.

• Make sure to make an appointment at least 5 days out from the day you mailed your sample to allow time to shipping and testing.
